Vitamin D Injection
Vitamin D injections are a form of supplementation that involves the administration of vitamin D through an injection. This method is typically used when a person has a deficiency or is unable to absorb vitamin D effectively through oral supplements.

Vitamin D is injected deep into a muscle in your arm and are very effective at raising blood levels. A single dose every 3-6 months is advised alongside a recent blood test.
